he has fricked up royally on the hiring.

At least 2 people above him thought those hires and the terms were a great idea as well. Hold them accountable, too.

O made several stupid moves on top of insisting for a 4-3 when his personnel dictated a 3-4. He's as much to blame for the defense sucking as Pelini

It took a couple years to transition from the Miles offense to what we have now. Should we have kept that because that’s what our personnel dictated?

How about he start donating some his salary to TAF

Ignorant. Sounds like some “real fan” bs.

He also has done an absolute shite job of roster management

Again, see Les Miles. It takes a braver, or crazier, man than us to put the success of his career in the hands of 18-22 year olds. I would also argue that this generation of athletes are much more selfish than ever before. The game has changed. The bottom line is that O has reached the highest highs and he is getting paid millions to do exactly what he’s doing now while we are acting as unsolicited hindsight consultants on a fan board. Maybe he’s better are coaching college football than you are.

No, a good coach designs a scheme around player strengths. You know, like Aranda did his first year here running a hybrid to ease over to 3-4 transition that was extremely smooth?

You don't force a scheme that doesn't fit your player base like O and Pelini tried to do this year.

If we already hired coordinators everyone would be bitching that we didn't wait and do our due diligence

Obviously was in place before the regular season ended. They were just good about not letting it get out, unlike the LSU/Miles/Fisher debacle.

I would guess it’s up to the coach on whether to allow the news to break after the season ends. Get recruits familiar before signing day.
