As far as we know, we havent hired him yet, so you are just speculating negativity. What better way to retain him on staff than to at least make him think he was in the final 2 choices

Miles was done. He should have been gone last year. Alleva screwing up his replacement doesn't make Miles better.

My point is you don't hire a guy like CEO with the way this has all happened.
It's not how a program like lsu should operate.
That's how I expect west Virginia or a Mac school to operate.
Lsu should make every top 10 coach and then work down to top 20 tell you no and so on
If CEO is not the interim coach at the moment he wouldn't be in the top 50 candidates
