Fisher or Herman and if both say no you scramble?
No Mike MacIntyre?
No PJ Fleck?
Hell, no Larry Fedora discussions (He would be a home run hire compared to O)
No Chip Kelly discussions?
It's like once Herman and Fisher were out, LSU said "Well, we gave it our best shot"
I cannot wrap my head around the stupidity of hiring Ed Orgeron.

Total incompetence. Alleva got played by 2 agents and then had no other plan but to hire Swamp Creature.

I had flipped to Fleck three days ago. Wondering the same thing.

My favorite revelation from today is that Alleva didn't really start a coaching search until after the Florida game

Alleva's plan was likely to keep coach O all along. But after the UF loss he had to make it look like he was actually trying to hire someone else.
