friendly foe always weirded me out with how he would go so out of his way to kiss other teams' fans' asses on their boards. Dude was a grown up pkit before pkit even knew how to please Nebraska fans.

If this is the C Black 'OMG I heard him say a bad word' incident, then it was panzer.

True dat. When Chuck Long first left OU to take that job, he was one of the hottest young coaches in the country.

Now? Not so much...though he's being mentioned as a possible OC for Bill Snyder at KSU.

i don't want a guy who's taking the DC job to advance in 3 years. It may be selfish but I want a guy who will give us stability.

I think Dewayne Walker regardless of his options at the end of the next season is an excellent hire.........The guy seems like he can generate the attitude on defense that we are looking for.

Only way LSU gets Walker is if he can't land a HC job, which it looks like he has a great chance of doing.

San Diego State will interview 10-12 candidates, and expect the focus to be on former head coaches.

It is believed former Texas A&M coach Dennis Franchione is a prime candidate. Others who could be on the radar are former Arizona Cardinals coach Dennis Green, UCLA defensive coordinator DeWayne Walker, former Minnesota coach Glen Mason and former Colorado coach Gary Barnett.
