Actually, I remember it well, there was some dude who was posting that we had hired Spurrier in secret like 10 minutes before the press conference to introduce Miles. He actually claimed Miles was going to be pulled off the podium and Spurrier introduced instead.
He was completely serious, adamant about it even. His source was a "friend" in the Ath. Dept. I wish I remembered the username; he was the most legendary ranter of all time.
Therefore, I regard any post about Spurrier at all with extreme suspicion.

As good a person as Bo was, he never won the first MNC. Kinda ironic because I believe he is the one who coined the term "Mythical National Championship", not sure though.

Michigan really might not offer him the Job. If they do he wilkl take it.

BTW one of the top BOS members has been communicating w/ SOS since Summer '07. Communication was initiated by SOS people. This is virtually a done deal.
