The rocket man also needs to keep his mouth shut. He is going to look like a fool when miles leaves and he has been telling the press he knows for fact miles is staying. I don't know about you guys but I don't want our chancellor looking like a moron.

I meant to bring this up earlier. I agree 100%. I wish O'Keefe would just not comment.

If Miles stays, this board will not be needed.......until march when Brady is replaced

I think you can count on one hand, with a few fingers not used, the number that would be in the March for Brady.

J.Jones saying today Saban and Meyer recruiting him this weekend. Has not heard from Les in 2 months.

he posts on another board. Who knows? Learned from Saban fiasco it is impossible to get inside the coach's head so maybe he is just fooling them

That makes perfect sense. Why would les immediately deny interest? He now has the power to get a new contract.

I think secretly Les wants the job. The money difference may seal it for LSU.

Fine with me...
Me too. You know, maybe it's just the idea of being "offered" by his alma mater that would light Les Miles' lights. Maybe it's counter to whatever conventional wisdom tells us the smart, predictable thing to do might be; but within himself that offer might be good enough. Les Miles may be more of a Tiger than we give him credit for. Surely we've all seen he is already more of a Tiger and a man of integrity than his predecessor here ever was.

Fire Brady, Now that is something worth discussing.

I like Miles, so I wouldn't mind. I don't think it would be a huge tragedy if LSU had to replace him, either.

I'm pretty indifferent. My biggest concern is that whoever replaces Miles kills the programs momentum.
