There is a reason Orgeron wasn't getting a job as a HC at any other job, and it wasn't because the mother schools were too busy hiring guys who "sound like locals".
He's a nice guy. Good recruiter. Poor head coach.

that candidate was a laughing stock of a coach on this very board (including posters like you) for years

Why the hyperbole? You said the poster was out of his mind for thinking we lose 5 games. You really think losing 5 games is unthinkable?

No excuse for it. I already said that I'd come back and say I was wrong, but you guys, who obviously know it all, won't even give the guy a shot.
He did fine this year with what he was given, IMO.
But I tend to look on the other side of things and not dwell on a shite attitude and mindset like most of you are doing. Guess we all have different personalities

I pray we can bump this thread every year for the rest of all time to laugh at how stupid we all look. But it's more likely we will bump it to remember how we all called it perfectly.

most of these people are saying FAR away from saying we'll contend for the playoffs or SEC next year, so that's basically 3-4 losses. but 5 is out of the question. absolutely

It's not a bad attitude. As I said, we will clearly support Orgeron and hope for the best. But you are going to be let down.
I just hope that we have a new AD by that time who won't cave to the media and the uneducated masses and do what is best for the LsU program.

Some of you assholes come in here and expect complete support. That is crazy to me. He has a terrible record and doesn't inspire confidence.
