Say the Studrawa to OSU rumors hold, Wilson to OC?

The rumors have died down, and ESPN is apparently saying Gus M. is Meyer's new target. That being said, if Stud leaves would you support Frank Wilson being named OC? Ole Miss is after him, and I don't think that's a desperate move by them. IMO he's going to be promoted sooner rather than later with what he's done in the last two years here, and it may not be by LSU!

Studrawa got an extension and official promotion to OC. Will be announced soon.

Well thanks for blowin my thread out of the water in one post.
Next move, lobby the university to make recruiting coordinator pay more than OC positions at other schools.

I doubt Gus & Urban would mesh together. Both offensive coaches, and Urban would want to call the shots on the offense.

I thought he was in a bidding war for Chad Morris?

All the Meyer and his assistants rumors are just like the recruiting ones, a lot of hope mixed with enthusiasm. I'm not buying any of it until I see some results. We likely won't see many of his coaches hired until after the bowl since the new coaches wouldn't be able to immediately help him recruit at OSU until a spot was available on the staff at OSU. When I hear something substantial and not just bs rumors mainly attributed to OSU fans and homer writers then I'll start to believe it. Right now it's all speculation that makes no seense. Why in the world would Stud be ahead of Malzhan and Morris on his list for OC? I like Stud and since he's at LSU ,I'll talk him up but really he's not in the same class as Malzhan and Morris based on credentials.

So, Joe Joe Joe, what about a raise for Wilson? Will we hear anything about that?

Stud worked for Urban for years. That would be the main reason

Haven't heard anything official.
Speaking generally, LSU is going to pay him just about whatever he wants to keep him here. I realize this isn't exactly ground-breaking stuff and is pretty common knowledge, but based on what little I've been told in the past, keeping Wilson on staff is priority #1 for Les and more importantly, the administration and TAF.
