subject to bitch about.

Jefferson vs. Lee
Harris vs. Etling
Keep Less vs. Fire Less
Throw more vs. run more
PosiTigers vs. NegaTigers
"O" vs. Herman vs. Jimbo

O wasn't my first choice, but he is OUR choice. Either you are going to accept it, or go become a fan of some school with a "first tier" coach.

Or I can complain about us replacing our all time greatest coach with a career position coach while I continue to support the team I've supported my whole life.

Why do I have to like O? I didn't like Miles. I supported the team all the same. My support for the teams and the university will outlast the tenure of O and every other coach we have.

It's fear-based thinking and this has caused them TREMENDOUS anxiety. They come here to release the anxiety, but they only get more agitated as they run into people who disagree with them. These people have literately imagined future losses in their minds and are starting threads about who the next coach is. It's fear expressed via anxiety right on this board. Fear of loss of status, fear of failure, fear of being the butt of the joke, fear fear fear.

I see it in every walk of life I see it in BLM rallies. I see it in campus protests. And I see it here. We are witnessing a giant collective Anxiety attack right here on the Coaching Changes board.

Feelings of inadequacy in their personal life makes them project that onto LSU football. They live and die vicariously through a game played by 18-22 year olds. That is a recipe for disaster and the biggest reason so many are lashing out. When they encounter disagreement, it feels like their very survival and worth as a human being is at stake.

So being critical of the search process and result is fear based?

You're terrified but don't realize it because it is subconscious.
