Although I wish he would leave the SEC West. lol At Bama he's the coach, owner, and GM of his program. He is being paid comparatively to any top NFL coach already, and he doesn't have to answer to anyone meddling in his football operation.

Saban is constantly dealing with people meddling and power struggles within the program. All coaches deal with this especially big time programs. But I don’t expect him taking an NFL job because he is 68 years old and will be looking for a TV job within a couple years.
