I wonder how the Arkansas fans will accept him when he returns to Little Rock... I bet he will be looked at in a much better way by Hog fans in a few years if he really does retire (I doubt he really cares what the Rebears fans think of him).

The man is not well like in the state.

He isn't a good person like Coach Hatfield...

it's standard protocol for a coach to say he wants to tell his team something before they read it? yeah...ok.

SNAP JUDGMENT | The focus turns to the future for this Ole Miss team, which opened with big expectations and lost six straight Southeastern Conference games to end 4-8, 1-7 SEC. Coach Houston Nutt was cryptic in his postgame remarks with reporters when asked what he wanted to address. “There’s a few things,” he said. “I’m going to get into that Sunday. I just — I want to talk to my team first before they read it. I want them to hear it first.” The team is scheduled to meet at 4 p.m. Sunday, defensive tackle Jerrell Powe said.

Nutt to Colorado would have some symmetry, as Hawkins took over when Nutt left Boise.

This could be good news.

He's going to tell his team he won't leave unless it's in a pine box.

Or he is paid a large amount of cash.

That works too, money well spent.

You should have known better than to accuse NIH of starting a baseless rumor.

I wonder if someone would rather coach at Miami or Ole Miss.

FYI, OM fans, if you think he's dumping Shitbest or Markuson, you're not paying attention.

The turds he's had with him since Murray State aren't going anywhere, no matter how shitty you think they are.

You may have heard the term "Murray State Mafia". There's a reason....

If you want to know what to expect, just go to Woopig or Hogville and google some 2003-2005 threads.

To be fair, their offense really hasn't been the problem that their D has, and almost none of those coaches are tied to Nutt. The Nixes and Dameron are hires from '08 on

Our AD is probably going to frick it up, so we probably won't be in direct competition with Miami.
I hope the rumor is true though. He's accomplished what we needed him to. Now I just have to hope Pete Boone can get this one right.

I know. I said I was sorry. I'm getting excited about this rumor now.

What a strange turn of events that would be. I wonder if Frazier likes Oxford?

They have the #8 overall offense in YPG, #9 in Yard Per Play and #9 in Point Per Game in SEC only stats. Their offensive stats you see tossed around this year are drastically inflated by their OOC games. In SEC games they have been less than spectacular overall.
