Those are also with Spurrier's complete disregard for recruiting defensive talent, or playing it for that matter. He had some pretty solid defenses in the NFL as well. I don't care if he hasn't cut it as a HC, I think he would be a great improvement as far as DC's go for Auburn.

I think he would be a legit DC. He's also a mad man with recruiting, and he's a players coach. That might not be good for a HC, but it's what you need in a DC. The Zooker would be awesome.

I dont know. He D is as simple and as base as it gets. Predicated on out-talenting the other team. His style would certainly mesh well with Chizik's conservative stlye on D. In my opinon, we can do alot better than Zook at DC.

But how is setting sights higher than Zook at DC a bad thing?
