It really seems to me he is running away from stiffer competition now that OU will be in the SEC. The money can’t be that different because we were told LSU would break the bank on this hire. Even if the money was the same, that dollar goes a lot farther in Baton Rouge than it does in LA. He just prefers to play against weak competition, so it turns out he doesn’t have the “chest” for the job anyway. See ya!

Does going for an easier path to the playoffs and being able to dominate recruiting in CA and the rest of the west coast really make him a coward? So ally coach who does who does not come to the SECis a coward? You sir are a small minded arse. Let me guess you are at the pinnacle of your career.

He was never offered by LSU. This isnt that hard to figure out. His agent saw an opportunity to push USCs hand and get top dollar by leaking false info making it seem like LSU was intrested. I mean why else would the USC deal already be done? Because USC believed LSU was going to get him so they made an obviously solid offer and Rileys agent earned his money. No way I beleive that if LSU had really offered LR 12m a year he wouldnt have taken it. Come on no one is that big of a pussy or that stupid. This is just the business side of college football. You really think LR is scared to coach in the SEC? Come on man. The guy jumped on the best offer he had or was going to get.
