im not sure i would like his baggage, but with the speed and talent we have, and Chavis running the D, it could make for an interesting situation.

He should hang his head in shame at a mid-level program for a few years before he works his way up to the big boys.

he was a victim of circumstance. he was never a fit for UM and got caught up in a shite storm in morgantown with a young stupid president that tried to play kung-fu negotiator. he would kill it with SEC talent.

He was a victim of coaching not circumstance. If he brought that Paul Westhead bullshite here he would need presidential security around the clock.

LSU isn't in the business of taking castaways from other programs. Rich Rod needs to go to a program like Pitt and rebuild his resume.

Jimmy Ott would love Rich Rod. When LSU hired Les, he thought it was a huge mistake that they passed on Rich.

Well we all know who had the most success. I'm not saying Rich Rod is a bad coach. He's an offensive guru and should have great success if he finds a good DC. I just don't like his character and I think he needs to prove that he can coach at a big program by starting from the middle up.

Hell no. I'd take Pelini first, and I don't want Pelini.

Agree totally. RR is a proven winner. It would be no different if Jim Tressel came down here with that big 10 shite and refused to adjust. RR may be back on top, right now he needs someone to give him a job to re-prove himself and we aren't the coaching college.

he had his chance to kill it with SEC talent when he changed his mind and turned down the Alabama job ..
