He won't be owed shite for his buyout. They can fire him with cause because of the NCAA probation.

His buyout is irrelevant at this point.

Saw talk about Brady Hoke as a possible hire...but Indiana may go for him as well since they just canned their coach.

Supposedly, Michigan AD is already on record as saying the violations are not gounds in and of themselves for termination.

I think he's on his way out anyway - will probably get 30 days notice shortly, per his contract, to coincide with the buyout automatically dropping after the 1st of the year.

I don't think the Big 10 is likely. I cannot see him leaving voluntarily unless there is a settlement with UM. That said, PAC 12 and ACC are most likely landing spots.

Michigan AD said they would evaluate RR thru the bowl game, so it may be his way of getting passed that date before firing him.

Michigan didn't really get into any trouble with the NCAA so there isn't likely cause.
