1. Leach - proven he can win at outposts
Everyone else. If I had to rank them, I'd take a chance on Venables. Wouldn't touch Kiffin or Norvell.
Kiffin - proven he can run an offense but epic failure at bit time programs and a total clown
Norvell- proven he can maintain a mid major at the same level that Fuentes built, but totally unproven as a big time program builder
Venables - Great coordinator. Can he be a HC?

Not sure why people don’t jump on the LK bandwagon. He had UT going in the right direction. Then jumped ship. Turned around FAU in a year.

Kiffin- Recruits and bring buzz, and excellent offense
Leach- Different which is what a school like AR needs. Won games at TT and freakin Wash St.
Venables-Gamble but could be worth it. Can recruit Texas
Norvell- Not bad, from Arkansas..good offense
