Thoughts? 4-3 guy I believe. Long time relationship with O. I think comfort factor with Ed is going to loom large with this hire.

I'm not in favor but it's probably more realistic than guys like Leonard. I think it's someone with ties to O, so Pendergast or Shannon types.

I’d rather kris Richards if we’re going with the O connection. Most of O’s connection that aren’t already on staff are old retired or washed up coaches
