How long would Les have to coach at LSU before he could leave without being damned by a large faction of tiger nation??

Personally, I would say if he stayed through his current contract (2012) I would be very pleased...and though unhappy about it I would be willing to let him pursue other positions.

unless he morphs into nick saban...never.

for whatever reason, he receives no respect despite conducting this team and this coaching situation in the most honest and forthright way possible.

if he wins the MNC he'll be a hero. no one will care what he does after that.

they will still say Saban's was better because he only had 1 loss...trust me, people will find every excuse in the book to prove this case...

Knowing our fan base, first time he loses 4 games in a season they would damn him for staying.

it just seems to me that it is almost a lose lose for les...he leaves and he is hated by all, but while he's here, i know fans will never get off his back...every loss will just bring a storm of "we sure wish he would have gone to michigan"

We have people on here that all of a sudden became an LSU fan sometime around the fall of 2003, winter 2004 and expect 13-1 seasons every year...
