He is one of only a few to do it at the college and pro levels and have success. Saban probably has a picture of Pete In his office.

Maybe this was more of a situation of Seattle outbidding against his retirement.

why..11 million per and does not have to recruit? I bet even his cost of living is slightly less even though Seattle is fairly high.

With his overall success and at his age why get back into college and deal with 365 days of recruiting.

No, NFL coaches just get raped when it comes to money. These need to be much higher paying positions based on the amount of money the league brings in.

An argument can probably be made that he’s the second best overall head football coach, college or pro, right now.

Belickek is clearly number 1.
