@celebrityhottub: JIMSANITY MT @BFeldmanCBS: Names I think could be in play for #Texas: Jimbo Fisher, Jim Harbaugh, Jim Mora, James Franklin & Mike Tomlin.

They better not get Franklin he is going to lead LSU to the promise land when Miles derails next season. I dont think they get either Harbaugh or Tomlin but if they do they will wreck shop, especially Tomlin.

With the resources Texas has, there are several great coaches they could hire and get great results.

That's why when all is said and done, I think it'll either be Fisher or Gus. Neither FSU or AU will go over $5 mil a year, and they sure won't go to $6 or $7 mil.

Texas is delusional if they think they have a shot at Harbaugh or Tomlin. Those coaches aren't going to leave a top 5 NFL job to come to Texas. Franklin, Mora and Patterson is a more realistic coaching candidates list.

Fisher isn't leaving FSU for Texas. If there's a conference easier to win than the Big XII it's the ACC.

I am with ya but when you start throwing around the numbers TX can you can't count anything out.

David Shaw is another good one.

We are talking about the Big whatever. It's UT, OU, and the seven dwarfs.

Your comma usage is disturbing.

He signed for what is now a joke of an amount of money in comparison to the new market value.

You're a dumbass. His last extension and raise was almost two full football seasons ago in March of 2012.

Two WHOLE seasons? Wow, no worries then.

Guessing you weren't paying attention back then. Carr announced he was retiring but campaigned against Miles as his replacement.

Nice try at zooming.

Fail.

Try again.

And they STILL went after Miles. Twice.

Here why Les Miles will go to Texas.

1. Baton Rouge sucks. Austin is awesome.
2. LSU cannot compete with UT money
3. Les is sick of all those crazy corndog fans

I'd say it's an 80% chance of Les to Texas right now. Fluid situation.

Here why Nick Saban will go to Texas

1. Tuscaloosa sucks. Austin is awesome.
2. Bama cannot compete with UT money
3. Nick is sick of all those crazy Gump fans

I'd say it's an 80% chance of Saban to Texas right now. Fluid Situation.

The ACC is, for all purposes, a 15 team league and they still have a CCG. Much easier to win a 10 team league. Plus FSU still has UF every year.

You're missing a key component, half of us wishes he would and another quarter could care less.

Texas fans act like landing Saban was their last hope. That is ridiculous.

They have lost their credibility, their self respect and Saban gives it back to them instantly, any other way they have to earn it, which is of course necessary anyway. Perception is important.
