Is a hell of a coach, with what he has work with, facility and talent wise...I just think he is so underrated.
He has to leave for a bigger Job eventually right?

Yes but the move is not from there to LSU though we may end up with someone second tier. Many of the early favorites (Herman etc) are flaming out now and some guys are delusional to think Saban or Jimbo would come back. Who's left? Charlie Strong?

I'm pretty sure the guy has had opportunities to leave. He's been a solid coach for years and that's saying something at a school like Northwestern.
