I didn’t think Pagno was that bad. He was hampered by the worst GM in the NFL.

Let’s be honest, Pagano got 2 seasons longer than he should have because of his sickness. He was clueless out there. And for some reason his official HC record includes the 9 interim wins that Arians got him while he was out.

you realize that can't interview any active coaches until the season is over right? and I'm sure all college coaches want to wait till after there season is over too.

Pagano is uninspiring, but he’s not a bad coach at all. Indy’s front office was terrible during his tenure.

I know the media assumes it but Rooney Rule doesn't specifically mean you must interview a black man. If I were a NFL I would interview Orgeron. He is Cajun after all and and that is a minority in the USA. Maybe I go interview the Navy coach, he would fit the requirement as well. Point is to do whatever possible to piss off the powers that be. It is a stupid rule and serves no purpose but to make people feel good.
