Dino Really impressed me this year. Not the best X's amd O's guy, but his teams play with some serious grit.

Are you saying O didn't have his hands on the offense at all? Im pretty sure he's even admitted to it.

And he may not meddle in the defense because he has more trust/faith in Aranda. He also may meddle some in the defense, but I would imagine he has a pretty expert level of understanding on the defensive side of the ball (more so than offense anyway).

Coaches always "meddle" in the offense and defense. It's part of their job

Im pretty positive Orgeron knows just how far out of his league Aranda is.

Alleva no doubt told him to back off and stay off of Aranda.

Hes the highest paid assistant in the nation.

O needs to be told to stay out of the OC and DC business as he said he would.

He’ll be hired.

He has the best qualifications—a ready-made excuse for O and Alleva to buy time.

He already knows his lines.

“It’s a new offense—it takes time.”

That's not how it works.

The HC will always have some input

Can you tell me about Gilbert? I don't know much about him.

What kind of scheme he runs? Does he prefer dual QB or Pocket passer? He a good recruiter?

Looks like he was a QB when he played (as most OCs are I guess).

Sorry, but they both run a full-fledged spread

Neither of them are no where close to the pro-style that O wants to bring from his USC days

Unfortunate in this case. It's part of the problem.

Yeah but what say Gilbert is the more important question here. He obviously will want his O Line coach on staff. Still much to be worked out, imo.
