I'm such a dumbass. I only assumed he meant OC experience.
Ensminger already said he didnt want the job, how does 0 figure he has the drive?
How does anything in that statement describe Ensminger?

Actually I don't think that's Ed deal. He wants guy around that he can trust and likes to coach with.
May not be the best strategy but it looks like that is what he is doing.
