Hey, I liked Wilcox at UW. He did a much better job than our previous DC's did. We were horrific defensively before he showed up. He'll take your defense ranked in the 100s and get them down into the 40s, but that's probably his ceiling. That might be good enough for you guys if you get your offense rolling again.

I'll have to trust on that one. He seems very average and would like to push for somebody who is good. There are some up and coming coordinators in the MAC (guy at Temple for instance) that I'd be interested in.
