We can afford 10-12 mil. That’s not fan conjecture or a fan opinion piece, that’s coming from connected top guys within local and national media. Does that mean that the next will get that much? Depends upon who it is.
And you sound like you should be a liberal on the political board making your little sound bite without context. We fired Les Miles(who won a NC in 2007) because the program had become stagnant. We were pulling in top 5 recruiting classes(something you know nothing by about) with nothing to show for it and O was fired because he lost the program.

JJ made it to Omaha before we hired him, for one thing.
PAC 12 champs don’t mean much, given the state of that conference.
I just don’t think MC would fly with the fans & boosters.

Ok JJ made it to Omaha that is top 8 , Cristobal won the Fiesta and made Rose bowl and finished inside top 8. Once again not my top choice but wouldn’t be totally disappointed if we got him.
