How many times has a head coach saved his job by making wholesale staff changes? That's what some people say Miles needs to do. Has it ever worked? Did the program inprove in the long run? I know it didn't work for Coker and Miami.

To save his job? Are you kidding me? Miles doesn't have to do anything right now to save his job. A couple more season like this one and he would probably have to. But any changes will be made to improve our defense, not to save Miles' job.

I think it was Bear Bryant who said he wanted new assistants every couple of years to keep the thinking fresh. Most of our current staff has been with Lester for a while.

Hallman threw out the OC- Hafner in 1992 and later Bugar DC in 1993. Both prolly bought him 1994 which was an equally bad disaster.
