The 34-year-old Fuente came on board as the running backs coach before moving to co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach in 2009.

This is very Key.

Wait.. someone explain this to me.

TCU is overrated because they don't play anyone.

Yet everyone is drooling over this guy?

No...TCU as a team, schemes and talent included, is not overrated. No one argues against TCU if viewed in a vacuum. People argue against TCU being afforded the same postseason opportunities because of their schedule, but that is a different prism.

TCU destroyed teams that they should have destroyed, and beat good teams that they should have beat.

This is what I want out of LSU.

We need to re-learn how to dish out an arse-whooping.

false

the main argument is that they wouldnt be as dominant,
if matched up against legit competition more than a couple times a year

injuries, body breaking down, mental fatigue etc.

not what I personally believe. That's just what I gathered from comments about TCU over the past few seasons.

Exactly. TCU's coaching staff has done a helluva job with the talent they have...just imagine what they could do with the talent LSU has.

Fuente will be a welcomed addition on offense.

Good to hear. I would hate to know they had the same reaction we did when we found out Crowton was interviewing with Maryland.

Will the power spread work in the SEC without a Cam Newton type of qb?

if what belowpar said about Krag interviewing this coming Tuesday, then Les is taking his sweet time.

someone also mentioned that this is a plus in recruiting because while we are short a coach Les gets to make a lot more house calls.
