I feel the same way about him. I think he is likely a competent play caller, but i am not sure if he would succeed without an offensive play calling consultant/coach on staff.

I brought this concern up in another thread, and several people got very butthurt i even questioned his playcalling ability. Several posters helped clear some of it up, but I still think he has some legit concerns as a play caller. I would be cautiously optimistic if he was hired. It would be...interesting...at the very least.
