It's not revisionist history, it's a fact of how Brady's hiring went down. They had to have him.
Yes the coaches knew who he was that’s why they went get him but I was talking about the fans knowing him and how great he was going to be. We had no clue what something called a Joe Brady was until he was hired.

Mid we were stuck with an old DC that needed help but we’re going to hire a Co-DC than I’d be excited with this hire. Because you can’t exactly go hire a proven DC to be someone PGC.
