NIL Does it play a part in coaching?

Obviously the more NIL money the better recruits you can grab
For coaches the better the player the better you can look to elevate your position
So how many of these coaches are looking at NIL money being handed out before accepting a position? Seems it will eventually be used to entice coaches as well as players unless the NCAA starts to cap the NIL money at scholarship cost.

I think NIL will transform all aspects of the college game and in ways that we have yet to see...

It’s the reason you saw schools like UF pulling the trigger on firings where they may have given the guy another year previously, and why you saw power 5 coaches leaving for other power 5 jobs. This was a reshuffling of the deck and everyone wants to have their shite together.

Mizzou had recruiting classes average ranked bewteen 30s to 40s historically. This coming classes shot up to the top 15 right now.

The college level coach job is already almost too much for family men. If any AD adds NIL to the coaching plate I think it’s a disaster. I think the successful programs will keep the NIL workload away from their coaches and in the hands of people who do only NIL.

LSU is very favorable to the athletes with the NIL. This coupled with BK will make us a formidable opponent for years to come.

Who is LSU partnering with? All-Sta Raising Canes (Texas HC), Shaw? Pennington?

It’s going to eventually change the entire grant in aid process if the NCAA doesn’t address the Pandora’s box they have opened with NIL and the Transfer Portal. Players currently hold all the cards.
