I like what Arians has done in Indy and with his experience with Big Ben and Pittsburgh, I think he would be a good fit for Cam and the Panthers

How do you guys think he would do as a full-time HC?

They just hired Rivera last year and they won't fire him just yet. Arians is a good OC but HC no one knows

I've been trying unsuccessfully to link him to every Alabama HC search in the last 15 years.

Look at his pedigree: successful NFL OC, former college HC (Temple), assistant at Bama not once but twice - he even coached for Bryant, for gosshsakes.

Seems like a natural, doesn't he? Maybe when Saban steps down...

Isn't he around the same age as Saban?

He "retired" from the Steelers last year so I don't know if he would want the grind of being Alabama's HC. Carolina, however, is ripe for the taking and it seems he does well with little talent.
