I would tend to think that this is Stoops' window, and he takes it - or at least comes right up to the 11th hour

to whereas, I dont think he thought too long about the ND gig before coming to a conclusion

the second Weis was let go, the sports radio here had some reporter or blogger from Norman on virtually every single day, as they are almost more obsessed with OU as they are with UT.

anyway, every guy they had on had said from the get go that Stoops was going to listen behind-the-scenes but almost assuredly was not going to take the job and that maybe only UF was truly the only job he would consider

I say Butch Davis...the big name they are looking for...proved at Miami he can win with talent..Coker won the Natl Champ with his players...and knows the state of Florida for recruiting purposes!
