As much as i'd love to agree with you... I honestly dont see him being fired. Sadly enough,10-2 isnt "bad enough"

112 last year and 90 this year... an improvement of 20. In 2 years he will have us back in the Top 50

It's called offensive coordination. We won 2 Championships with 3rd string QBs. His time has come. The change will be made but will look like he is getting promoted to another school...

That's why we create the new title. "Fired Coach In Waiting" allows him to not get fired immediately and he can look for another job, but he doesn't perform any coaching duties. We hire a new Offensive Coordinator and he becomes like Milton from Office Space. We just don't take his stapler.
