You serious, Clark?

That man's ego drove him to leave his home state alma mater high and dry to bolt to Michigan.....you think he wouldn't do the same thing to Arizona?

shite - the ink on his last WV contract wasn't even fricking dry before he jetted off to Ann Arbor.

Everyone needs to remember Bama was in this same spot when Rich Rod turned them down. There's a really good coach out their who will say yes to big money.

Could you imagine if UT hired Mark Stoops? They would be a freaking juggernaut.

That there is a fact. Might add that he was calling WV recruits while jetting off...if my memory serves me well.

Almost sounds like Kiffin and his exit from Knoxville.

Maybe they don't have "big money" to thrown around.
Yea, yea, yea I've heard all the "money isn't an object" BS. Heard the same from the Auburn folks and there should be little doubt why they hired the coach they hired...it's called conservative spending.

Both Auburn and Tennessee have buyouts they're dealing with and it's reasonable and logical that they have to spread the wealth.

Could they raise enough for a $5 mill a year for Gruden? Most probably. Could they raise that for anyone else out there? Most probably not.
