I'm not falling for anyone's info head first but some of us saw his source last night and he was advised to remove it for his own good. He's been the most believable and consistent one I've seen so far.
If he really knew for a fact there isn't a need for this and just let it play out. If Fisher turns down numbers that make him a top 3 highest paid coach then well. If LSU doesn't land Fisher it ends bad, so good thing he has a generic name.

Well he did just say miles is out and gave contract info with specific numbers.
I understand if you are skeptical. I am too on some level. I saw who his source was last night (info too specific) and I could understand that he may just know what he was talking about based on who he said his source was.

Alleva tried to get Fisher, assuming that he wouldn't get him, but knowing the fans would expect him to try
Alleva leaks that he's trying to get Fisher
Fisher says no and gets a nice raise
Alleva hires some tier 3 or 4 coach (i.e. Mullen) and uses the 'I tried to get Fisher' excuse to make it look like he tried

Thanks Stud, if the deal falls through it will not be because I posted inaccurate information that is for damn sure, my source actually deals with budget in a big time AD in the SEC and is in the know

I trust you more than anyone else for some reason based on the similarities to what I have heard. That being said if it fails and Kelly is available I would jump on it.
