Lipstick. Pig. It's all been said. LSU requires a complete overhaul of its offensive game plan. Need to clean shop and start over on that side of the ball. I'd start with hiring Tom Hernan and letting him run the show any way he wants. Only way we contend for championships.

Did you know...

Some offensive plays are created to hide deficiencies in your oline? I.e. quick slants from shotgun, jet sweeps, etc.

So I guarantee you Herman or jimbos game plan would have included plays that could excecuted even with a sucky Oline.

We tried zero of those, even though we had successfully practiced them against mizzou and OM.

Many teams have a worse Oline than lsu...they don't just give up. Scheme around it like good coaches do.

And god forbid we actually try to roll the damn pocket and cut the field in half.

No, but he could have created an offensive game plan that created more offensive production than Western Kentucky and Kent State had against Bama. So are you saying that they both have better o lines than lsu?

I understand the o line played shitty but this was more about bad offensive scheming, play calling, execution, and clock management.

Herman would've recruited a QB capable of running a college offense at some point over the last 10 years.

You mean the guy who embarrassed saban's defense with a 3rd string QB?

The guy who blew out stoops and fisher with freaking UH.

That guy

Good thing you are not the one deciding this matter.

Get a fricking life. He has 2 losses to NOBODY and has dropped a loaded team out of sight.

We played Bama tougher than anyone, period. Bama would beat Houston by 60.

We held them to one touchdown which shouldn't have happened.

Well, to be fair the offensive genius did put up a whopping 303 total yards. I don't think anyone else could ever do that against SMU.

He has coached like 20 games. He has as many losses to teams he should have beat as wins against teams he shouldn't have beat. Pump the breaks on this guy people

Seems reasonable

Unfortunately there is another side of the ball. We got shutout at home, which shouldn't have happened

Go after home run hires and keep coach O if you can't get one

How is Herman a "home run"?

A home run hire doesn't lose to 2 unranked teams when being top 10 ranked.

Worst offensive performance of any Bama opponent.
