There's absolutely no point in anyone arguing with you. You are either related to Napier or you're Napier's agent IF not Napier himself. Plenty of logical and well considered reasons Napier isn't all you claim and you simply swat them all away as if they've been completely made up or they don't exist. You have no reason to type so fervently, you're a Napier guy and believe in him as an utterly flawless and perfect candidate.

not even close, he isnt even my #1. im simply pointing out shite most people dont want to research

quote:

He doesn't have tons of experience.

His playcalling ability is worth questioning given his very short history as a P5 playcaller is mediocre.

agree on both counts, more so the play calling which i think is still somewhat of an issue at times

quote:

He took over a program that did have winning seasons and bowl appearances.

no one denied that, also you shouldnt deny that it was run into the ground before he got there.

quote:

You simply refuse to acknowledge that what's physically provable about Napier ranks him in the Aranda and Mel Tucker category.

who said different, they absolutely should be same catagory. i personally feel that is above kiffin but understand why many want kiffin and am ok wiht it.

quote:

The rest is just generic character assessments based on fluff articles and local adoration for him whether it's ULL alumni or media desiring access.

i posted none of that shite in any post ever

quote:

Napier should be squarely and firmly behind Aranda and maybe ahead of Mel Tucker.

i dunno about that but i am 100% ok with that assessment and things goign that away.

quote:

Riley and Kiffin, no question, are more hailed head coaches and have shown it at multiple levels. Napier has barely even existed as a HC.

riley should be every persons #1 unless there is someone I dont know about.

I am not high on kiffin. he has failed everywhere except FAU and Napier at ULL is better than Kiff was at FAU in a harder conference.

Kiff deserves credit for this year at OM, but imo he is very up and down and will be down again next year after corral leaves. its his career path.

quote:

Again, you'll deny all this because you don't admit any flaws in Napier and twist every stat to suit what you already believe.

wait what? napier absolutely has flaws and is a risk, He is a high ceiling guy though.

you sure you dont have me confused. Pointing out facts doesnt mean i want napier as my number 1. I am in the camp of anyone but james franklin.

Riley is my number 1 for sure. from there campbell would prolly be #2, napier and aranda would be very very close for #3 for me. tucker behind them.

So G5 coaches jumped at shite programs and they remained shite. Imagine that. There's a pretty decent chance that P5 would have done the same at these shite schools. This perfectly illustrates why Napier has skipped on jobs like USCe.
