MSU, hire has to be a current HC, right?

That job is too good for a coordinator, I would think you would have to hire someone with hc experience.

These schools all hired coordinators. Do you think MSU is a better program than these schools?

Three of those four had either been a HC before or had played/coached for the school. Not a better program for sure but you don't fire a guy 10 games into his HC career to hire another coordinator, IMO.
