Are you basically saying O wants Ensminger, Alleva has told him he can’t get Ensminger by the BoS as OC.
So he is now trying to get someone who will accept a Co-OC with Ensminger and duties to be determined after the fact?
Is is possible we hire a Gilbert as a Co and Ensminger call the plays?
Gilbert is a up tempo, fast fast, “feel” and kinda go where the D ain’t kind of playcaller.
Does anyone in the building see O’s vision of 2003 USC Offense, Gilbert’s fast pace and whatever Ensminger’s is as being able to mesh and create an offense that can work?

No, I didn't cause the entire board to melt down yesterday by posting Ensminger was a done deal. As I asked earlier, if anyone other than Ensminger is named the OC, will the OP get the same treatment DALSU did after Jimbo was not named the HC?

They try too hard to get TD famous. Every year the fake Louies roll in and at some point they get exposed but it's not before they take the thirsty for a ride.
A new OC will be named, have patience. LSU will play football next year and it will not be doomsday as many are predicting.

No denying that Steve is a true Tiger, a very good recruiter and an asset to the staff and program. He is just not cut out as a long term solution at OC. Nothing personal against him at all. We need a younger and more aggressive OC who understands modern offenses and how defenses in the current age disguise themselves.

Ensminger as co-OC makes no sense. He's a tight ends coach, so this is really crazy.
