More than 3 coaches in all of football

That would be worthy of consideration.
This is the heart of the issue. There was No search. There was no actual attempt to go out and find the best coach in America to lead LSU going forward.
It was just Alleva with a notepad and a few big names plus O.
This is what all the jackasses saying Alleva had no choice when Herman and Fisher turned him down are missing.
That's beyond wrong and irrational. It defies common sense. You don't even have to make this fire for another 3 weeks. You can even look to the NFL.
The whole thing just seems insanely lazy and I have no idea how a $100M enterprise can justify operating in this fashion.

Even Saban didn't start out at Saban money.
His contract with us was at X amount with a guarantee of being the highest paid coach if he won a title. He did and he got paid.
