No it's not. Where do people get this great impression of Miami from? By all metrics, including US News and the more reputable ARWU, UF is better than UM.

Better HC job is Miami no doubt. Dade-Boward best cooting grounds in the country. Miami don't pay assistant coaches and it will be a stepping stone again. Howard Jimmy Dennis and Butch say bye.

UCF gets state funds and have 30k enrollment if they move to the power 5 Miami has some trouble

Miami without a doubt is a more attractive opening. The question is which is the "easier" rebuild to relative success.

Meaning obviously UFC 9-3 is not the same as UM 9-3, but they are both successful. Equla success is probably UCF winning or in the running for conference titles every year and in contention as the top non-P5 school, if Miami is consistent 8-4, 9-3.

Miami's biggest problem is not the stadium, its the alumni base and where their students come from.
