I posted a link to your segments on the news tonight and yesterday on the Rant, probably on the 2nd page now.
As for Miles, I have a feeling that Wangler was publicly campaigning for Miles to get the job with his comments in the paper.

I think Wrangler was the one talking to UM for Les, I don't have that, just a guess on my part, a hunch really. He's the only guy Les talks to a bunch up there.

Alot of people on here were questioning how good of a friend Wangler was by making comments in the paper like he did. I see where they are coming from but I think he was trying to get people to help push Miles for the job because let's keep it real...Bill Martin, to my knowledge, doesn't know Les real well. Martin knows Carr and appears to be a friend of his and will continue to be working together so you have to wonder how much Martin was gonna offer Les...or if he was gonna offer at all.

Go back and listen to Les' Monday press conference -- I think it was the one when said 'the timing is great'. He said that he was only taking calls from one phone number with a Michigan area code, and basically said it was Wangler.
