"To this point in time I've not talked to anyone from michigan, nor has any of my representation, other than very distant conversation with representatives that would represent the school. I'm told that we will speak, but that time and place has not been identified. It's hard for me to speculate to the substance of that meeting"

It's kind of good to see a coach who just puts it on the table like that.

Joe: you need to adjust your OP, and Les played word games there. He admitted to distant conversations between reps and that he was told a conversation would take place, but wasn't sure of the time or place.

Translation to that video: If Michigan makes the right offer, I'm gone. I really like it here, but Michigan has the opportunity to bring me home if they do it right.

Only conversation has been between Les' reps and UM's reps. He was told that a conversation would take place, but didn't know when or where. He and family are happy and comfortable in Baton Rouge. He told us all he knows. Speculating further wouldn't make sense (his words).

this.

even if miles is going, its best for people like members of the team, skip, etc to say he's saying so recruits don't look to bolt. having a period of uncertainty is what kills you there.

so if he goes, everyone needs to stfu about honesty and integrity and so on because this is standard operating procedure. even if bertman is helping him pack while making those quotes he needs to say Les is staying OR we have a new guy in place.

edit: i'm using skip because of his quote about miles staying i know alleva is AD.

If they wouldn't offer $5.2 for JH and his whole staff, they sure as hell ain't doin' that for Miles.

No, they're not. I also don't think Miles leaves LSU for $4 million per, either.

Actually they may have offered that amount. What Brandon flat out denied was $5.2 for just JH, correction.

$4 million per and a real rebuilding job, or get $4 million per out of LSU and continue maintaining what he has done thus far.

At 57, I'd like to stay in one place, but I understand it's home for him, so who knows.

On another note, how much do Patterson and Mullen make per year?
