re: Miles not planning any offensive coaching changes

Some of you need to read the fricking article. No where in it is he quoted on saying anything about the coaching staff other than himself. The titles of the article and this thread are completely misleading.

He says some positive things about the offense...which he has always done. He's not going to bad mouth the team.

According to some on this board, Miles has been exploring OC possibilities and did so last season as well. We know his aversion to firing staff. Could he not find a job for GC or is it possible that prospective OC's don't want to work for him?

Would Les turn over the reins to a new OC and let him have control of the offense?

I don't see anything in the article saying he won't make changes. Just same old coach speak but you're right you did just copy the title sorry.

Look I haven't read all these post nor do i want to but i think the thing that most frustrates Tiger fans is that Miles is a "glass half full" guy while LSU's fan base is mostly "glass half empty". Satan was a "glass have empty" guy. I'm no Saban fan but when the O line sucked he'd come out and say "we couldn't block" when the Def sucked he'd say we sucked at tackling, when the QB's sucked he say "we couldn't throw today" and people would point and say "yes- coach gets it- now go fix it!" With Miles, what makes people want to drive their car's off the Causeway bridge is the fact that he just doesn't want to admit the issues in public to a level that we're willing to accept. It pisses me off to no end when i hear him make comments like "i see progress in our offense" when the entire rest of the world does not. He's not stupid. You don't get to his level by being THAT stupid. He see's it. And i'm sure he's trying to fix it. dude makes what $4 mil a year? think he wants to lose that for Crowton's arse? hell no! If he would just f-ing admit he see's it so we know he's trying to fix it i know i'd feel better.
