2014-2020 Worked for John in Baltimore
At the end of 2020 Jim recommended him to Jim for the DC position at UM.
2021 Defense is ranked 7 nationally, and you got him being a candidate to come to LSU after being at UM one year. Dude isn't going anywhere for the foreseeable future.

He's an amazing coach super young. He's best friends with my UGA friend. Traveled up to his wedding in Maine earlier this year.

Arnette isn't talked about because he shite the bed in an LSU interview. He apparently was dumb and he also came to the interview wearing State gear. That's why his name isn't hotter he's not a good interviewer.

If Lanning and or Schumann were to leave to get HC or DC job he would 100% go back to UGA if Kirby offered.
