Were either of these third rate sports reporters in on the conversation? Did they hear what was said?
And you believe every thing that a sports reporter says. Yeah for you Mr. Brain Dead Sports Fanatic. Let's all raise a glass to the accuracy of sports reporters. Happy Herbstreit.

And Mike & Mike have the inside track on another rumor without any proof at all! Are they on ESPN?

With a computer and a keyboard anyone can start a rumor and they usually do.

Saban wasn't touring a new development in B'ham this week. He was in BR. And the paper says the development passed the zoning commission. Now why would they be so interested in investing in BR?

How? Sign a new contract? Make the statement, "I will be back at LSU next year"?

Les Miles could leave to coach Michigan next year. He could also be appointed ambassador to New Zealand and be shipped out tomorrow. I'm about equally concerned over each possibility.

If we were given reason to hate Miles more than Saban, would Saban then be welcomed back?

Because living here for 5 years gave him a knowledge of the area and a feel for it's growth
potential. I'm sure the developers like having a "name" investor, and Lord knows, Nick is a pretty savvy businessman and has the capital to invest.

One simple phone call to Mike & Mike. All he would have to say is "Stop, or Fear the Hat".

Take it w/ a grain of salt but Jason Smith, reported and that according to an ESPN source in Ann Arbour, that the University of Michigan will buyout the LSU contract of Les Miles and make him the next head football coach of Michigan.
