Same thing that Bama has always talked about being "one of Bear's boys". They don't give a crap now that Saban never even met the Bear. They just want to win.
The shadow of Bo will diminish if UM ever gets back to beating tOSU on a regular basis.

i don't know if you can win in CFB right now emulating bo
Bo, like other greats, would have changed his coaching to fit the needs of the current game....without changing his core beliefs and "style".
Bo was a good man and a great coach. Put him in a young coach's body today, and I'd say the same.

I hope not, if Bo's values and influence goes from the Michigan program I am not sure I would even care to follow them anymore.

I think the term/concept "Michigan Man" was coined by Bo Schembechler who was, in fact, a tOSU alum, so the concept seems ridiculous in and of itself.
Ohio State was willing to think outside the box and hire Tressel, and that worked out wonderfully for them. That is why they are successful. Michigan continues to toil in mediocrity while they hold on to archaic and outdated concepts.
I hope they pull their heads out of their collective arse and get w/ the times. College football is better when the tOSU/Michigan rivalry is actually, you know, a rivalry and not a big brother/little-blind-one-legged-midget brother type of thing.
