Hey bro

Sometimes vicos make me notice funny things...check this.

You think the Payton thing is just to send an FU back to Miles....like you arent even best in state/blah blah.

And if so...isnt that getting a trite immature? And why would Sean even leave. This chit is driving me nutz...I got too damn much free time.

nah, payton's from chicago i believe, so that fits into their whole idea of wanting a midwestern guy there.

how schiano fits in is beyond me, considering that the PSU job comes open relatively soon. Then, it'll be a battle b/t schiano and tom bradley, i'd have to believe.

Some one said offer was 3 mil for 7 yrs...and another 3 mil to hire assistants. As a comparison they said all the M assistants this yr cost 1.3 mil.

That is probably all nonsense....but if true woooo chit...I could see winning big and soon. This guy is young also. Assistant coachs sure do help....having a coach that talks like a sailor does as well :P

Again...no inside info...just chit I am reading.

They can have him after the stunt he pulled Sunday. That stupid reverse call cost the Saints the game.

So Michigan wants Payton so they can have a really good offense and a horrible defense every year ?

Why in the world would you leave the NFL to go to college after sniffing the Super Bowl last year. I would think with enough success Payton could name his next NFL team.

You wouldn't. Michigan is still trying to figure out where they are. They have no idea of what pond they should be fishing in.

There doesn't seem to be a real plan on finding a coach.

There is an old saying that every AD should have a pretty good list of candidates in his top drawer at all times. It is clear that Michigan was completely unprepared even when it was clear to about 98% of the rest of the world that Carr was out.

The guy who needs to take the heat is the Michigan AD. He really seems incompetent.

He just needs to offer the job to Terry Bowden and get it over with.

I think he did have a list:

1. Les Miles
2. Les Miles
3. Les Miles

And when the above mentioned list told them that he liked the Jambalaya down in LA they were out of names.
