He was officially hired at MSU 4 days after this tweet.
Maybe Riley was pissed after the loss and just didn't want to answer questions about the job.
I just find it strange that every single insider, some of which have incredibly strong track records, would be completely off base with this.

"I am committed to (school I'm at)" is far more vague than "I'm not going to be the next coach at (specific school)".

And if you watch it again, you'll notice that the first time he asks, Riley just hangs his head and doesn't say anything for like 10 seconds.
The interviewer has to keep pressing to get anything out him.
